I am always happy with my service with Clarke Autimotive. Just needed my brakes confirmed they were good as dealership tried to tell me they needed replaced.

I’m disappointed with my experience at this shop. My vehicle was there for several days, yet the original issue wasn’t properly resolved. I paid for two separate tows and over $3,000 in work, only for my car to come back running but constantly throwing new errors. When asked, “Do you need your car for the weekend?”—despite it not starting—it perfectly reflected the lack of care and attention I experienced throughout the process. The service felt dismissive and unprofessional, and communication was poor. I also couldn’t help but notice a surprising lack of diversity among staff for this area. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience.
