Unexpected problem popped up. Initially took car to Christian Brothers Automotive since they were close. Christian Brothers promised me they would be able to look at car the same day. They lied. Kept my car 1/2 a day and did NOTHING. The next day I had it towed to Clarke Automotive. Clarke automotive stayed open late to make sure they got back to me with an answer the same day. And had my car up and running the next day. I've taken my car to Clarke several times. Always impressed by the communication and dedication to do the right thing

Responsive and courteous
I went for an oil change after hearing about the business at my church. It’s nice to have a mechanic who is known by a community of people. My experience was exceptional. The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. They recommended a service but didn’t push for it to be done ASAP the way a corporation style mechanic would. And I was assured that when I come back for the longer appointment I will be able to have a ride if needed. I’m very happy and looking forward to doing more business with them. Thanks to the whole team for making me feel welcome and at ease.
