The owner Bob Clarke took the time to listen to my concerns and assured me that my car would be secure since I was dropping it off early and it was staying overnight. I received a call letting me know the exact repairs that my car need and an estimate for the work being performed. The next call was that my car was ready for pick up and when I arrived an employee of Clarke took the time to explain the repairs completed an checked me out in a prompt and courteous manner. The complete experience with Clarke Automotive from start to finish was excellent! I will be bringing both of my cars to Clarke Automotive for service and repairs.
