As usual, my experience at Clarke Automotive Systems was excellent. This was a regular scheduled warrantee service, which included tire rotation, alignment check and injector maintenance . The work was completed promptly. I truly appreciate the service I get at Clarke's.

Clarke is very thorough. They took time to explain all recommended service as well as what to expect over the next 10-20K miles. Pricing was explained prior to and at pick up. No surprises! Atmosphere/facility was clean and friendly. I felt as though they cared about my car and me as a customer. I much prefer to use a locally owned company over the Honda dealership!

I brought our 2007 Ford Mustang to Bob's shop to remedy a number of squeaks. The car has more than 100,000 miles on it and had developed a number of squeaks and noises that where not going to go away on their own. The suspension problems were assessed and I approved Bob's plan to replace several suspension parts. The work was completed in a timely fashion. The car now rides like it did when new, no squeaks, no noises, We are really pleased with Clarke Automotive Services, he has my complete trust. I personally feel very comfortable being one of his clients.

I will be using Clarke Automotive as my primary "car" physician as they have mapped out a plan to extend my car's life to it's full potential.
