So happy. Just picked up my 2008 Yaris from its first ever trip to a shop. I've done oil changes, filters etc starting when it was new 5 years ago. But tires were finally worn (I expected to have to replace all 4), needed alignment (was pulling to the right), thought it might need brake job (only because it's hit 53,000 miles). These guys are so honest! Told me only needed front tires and an alignment and a leaking axle seal replacement ( one side only), brakes are fine. Car drives wonderfully again, and ended up paying much less than what I'd expected! Friendly folks, fair price, high quality work and honesty. I can't imagine a better experience.

Bob was able to get me the tires I wanted at the best price I had been able to find. Balancing and rotation is free. He had the tires mounted and ready to go quickly. If you need tires do yourself a favor and see Bob for a price. Quick note here before dropping my car off my steering wheel tilted slightly to the left now it is straight on. I'm inpressed,

I am exceptionally pleased to have found Bob and his team. Highly skilled techs, and Bob is a wealth of diagnostic ability. Took my car in to have and inspection and he found a torn CV boot and bad CV joint. To make a long story short he was able to have the repair done in one afternoon, and at a cost that was one third of the dealers rate. His work is excellent and he provides the best in customer service. A real pleasure to deal with.

Christian service oriented. Never sugar-coats the problem and provides the best solution available. If you want the solid truth about your issue, they are willing to provide it, even if you don't get it serviced there. Never been disappointed by their service or the price paid.
