Went for my regular oil change but also recommended brake fluid flush. Since I had time I said why not.

The air conditioning stopped working on my Tacoma pickup. I took it to Clarke based on the many favorable reviews I saw online. I was not disappointed, as they were able to identify the problem as a leaking evaporator in less than an hour. This was really bad news as everything from the seats forward to the windshield has to be removed or displaced to get to the evaporator. The work was very expensive, but required many hours to complete. The end result was an A/C that now blows frigid air, and all controls work properly. I was initially concerned that the removal of so many plastic parts and and wiring might result in some damage or misfit reassembly. However, the interior appearance was clean and looks just like it did when I brought it in. The Clarke personnel seem completely competent and very knowledgeable in diagnosis and repairs to A/C systems. I will be using them again if I have any future repair needs.

Went here on recommendation from a friend and could not be more impressed. Honesty and transparency are their #1 values. Got quoted $500 less than another shop for a repair. They diagnosed the same issue and found it was simple repair and even did it for free it was that easy. Only charged for a diagnosis and car is running good as new. They were fast, easy, accommodating, and educational. Absolutely will be coming back to Matt for any future car repairs.
