This is not our first time to Clarke, yet the first time with my 2023 Mazda CX5. All I’ve had to do so far is oil changes and air filter changes for maintenance. I was told by Ferman Mazda Brandon that my vehicle needed $3800 in repairs ASAP; that it wasn’t safe to drive because of a suspension “gasket” than was worn. What?! A gasket or bushing doesn’t last even 50k miles!? The dealership also wanted $500 to water test my vehicle. There was a funky smell like mold/mildew with NOthing wet inside my car. Sunroof drain tubes worked perfectly. So dang frustrating!! I didn’t have faith in them. Becky with Clarke Automotive is my new bestie! We’d talked several times about my husband’s vehicle. She personally checked for the smell several times as well as the mechanic. We decided to sanitize the a/c condenser. That helped. Nothing the dealership said was necessary was. Not one thing. All this to say, Clarke Automotive and their entire staff are exceptional!! Becky and Billie Jo are excellent front people for the company. They are personable, knowledgeable and honest as well as appreciate and honor the owners of the company. Go to Clarke Automotive in Brandon. You’ll be glad you did and so will your bank account.
