We had an electrical issue with our car and were referred to Clarke by our regular auto repair garage. I was very impressed right from the start with how professional and effective the staff was. When we dropped off the car they told us what would be done and the cost, and then called us each time another diagnostic step or repair was needed. And yes they did fix the problem and even noticed the change oil alert was on so we could get that done. I would recommend them for any auto repair.

It is so rare to find a company that willI be fair, honest and go beyond the call of duty. I found that kind of outstanding service with Clark Automotive. I had the best experience with felt that I was in great and trusting hands with your team. There was a safety concern with my air bags as I noticed a warning light on my dash. Clark’s team worked long and hard to find the problem. Once found it was going to be way too costly for this single mom. They put their thinking caps on and came up with a solution that saved me thousands. I am so indebted to this team. They went above and beyond in and communicated with me all the way through. Very happy I found them and will recommend them to everyone .

Years going to them and never a good experience. My husband can say different. Told me I was having transmissions issues...my car wasn't shifting correctly and that I needed serious diagnostics. I had a CVT. My car doesn't shift. Went in for an oil change, came out with a cracked windshield. Went in for an emergent can't open my gas tank, they fixed it and didn't put my car back together. Went in for an oil change a few weeks ago. Was 15 minutes early. Heard staff talking about me being an hour late. Had originally attempted to talk to them about my a.c. literally going out that day and hoping they could look at it. Got a very rude response multiple times over even though I kept saying it wasn't a problem and would schedule a new appointment. Didn't once offer for the new appointment and was asked if I knew that my car was a European and Asian hybrid. I did. They told me they don't specialize in this vehicle. They have serviced my vehicle for years and then gave me the name of another provider I should be going to.
