Bob performed a 120,000 service interval on my 2006 Lexus which I bought used from a close friend awhile ago. Because of the virus and being out-of-town for 9 months without the vehicle, it was my first maintenance service on this vehicle. Bob checked the service receipts stuck behind the front seat to be sure services which he felt might be needed had been done or not, saving me about $1000 on unneeded services since they were already done. He kept me informed of the progress and any additional services needed and let me know in advance when the car should be ready one day in advance. Since I had someone to drive me there, this was helpful. The estimate he gave me when he first called me, with the additional work needed, was accurate. He did not push me to accept service which I felt were not necessary now due to my satisfaction with the performance of the car. He told me what kind of regular gas I should use rather than the high-test the manual called for, saving me hundreds of dollars. I have always been very pleased with the service I receive there and Bob's personal involvement in all phases of the service.
