The local dealer couldn’t find the source of the noise my 2009 CTS was making. I brought it to Clarke Automotive and they not only found the source, but texted me pictures and video of the problem. I’ve never received video from a car repair shop. What a great idea! The repairs were done for the quoted price and completed on time. I can’t ask for more than that. I will be back.

Have been there more than a few times and am always completely satisfied.

I had Clark automotive replace my catalytic converter and several other items. The bracket on the catalytic converter broke a year after being replaced. Clark automotive honored their 2 year parts and labor warranty and replaced everything plus rented me a vehicle while mine was in the shop. Total cost $0. Amazon service and honor their warranty. The repair would have cost me $1700. Amazing. I didn't pay a penny for the work to be redone. Thank you
