Clean. Polite. Up-front. I wish every shop was run this way. My new first choice for work on my car. Excellent communication. Fixed my vehicle A/C (replacing major components). Also recommended additional service I’d overlooked but needed, then did that while I waited, to avoid me needing to visit a second time. Update 8.17.23. After a minor billing snafu, the manager called me and insisted on fixing their error even though it was not much $. They promptly refunded my $.

Matt was wonderful with helping explain fully and clearly what issues were going on with my vehicle, the team was very knowledgeable and was very helpful to clearly identify and come up with a plan how to fix the issues!

Clarke’s Auto scheduled my car repair for a time convenient for me; dropping my car off the evening before. They called me at 9 am the next morning with information about my repair and the cost. They called me at 4pm to say that the repair was completed. I had time to arrange for a ride and pick up my car before closing. I was impressed that the repair was completed in one day.

I cannot say enough good things about Clarke's Automotive. When I speak with someone on the telephone they take time to really listen. In person it is the same. I never get the sense that they're rushing me to get to the next person. If you happen to be a woman reading this, do not worry about being ripped off. They are honest and provide thorough service. These are the things that make them EXCELLENT in my book. I will not take my car anywhere else
