Stellar customer service. Timely, friendly, and fast! The technician stayed late and worked early the next day to get my car running so that I could go to work in the afternoon. Matt in the front office very clearly articulated every step of the process, from letting me know what repairs and maintenance they recommended to when they were being done and when they were completed. He even offered to get me an Enterprise rental car at his own expense, in case my car wasn't ready in time. Talk about going above and beyond! I will definitely be back, and I definitely recommend this place to anyone in the Brandon/Tampa area.

This was my first visit to Clarke Automotive. The lobby was very clean and Matt, who greeted me, was very polite and helpful. He explained everything to me so I was always fully aware of what was needed and completed. My car has never ran so good!!
