I have been on the fence about writing this review, but after reflecting on the financial decisions I made in 2020, going here was where I wasted the most money. I basically wanted to get a quote to get my GTI inspected for preventative maintenance. I was a little shocked when they made my inspection go from $57.95, to $157.42 just to receive a sheet of OBD codes I already had. They could’ve at least made sure the airbag sensor worked like I had requested when they broke the news about paying more. To wrap it all up, they treated me like a dumb “young man” throughout my whole experience. I came here for professional advice to make my GTI last as long as possible, and I did not appreciate being told my GTI needed $1,200+ in unnecessary repairs on top of an inspection which is usually free. I could not find another mechanic faster.

Clarke's always delivers impeccable service and I know I can depend on them getting the job done correctly at a fair price. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

While waiting for my service to be completed, I so greatly appreciate Bob taking time to share with me why they use the particular parts and products they do, I learn something new about my vehicle and auto maintenance in general every time I visit. I know without a doubt I'm getting the best deal I can possibly get while getting the best for my vehicle. I can't recommend Clarke Automotive highly enough.

Had a problem with my boat trailer wheel bearings Matt Clarke was able to get me in get my bearings replaced and give me a back on the road big thumbs up to those guys👍

These guys are amazing very professional and knowledgeable. So happy to have been directed to them. Went to Loves Goodyear for years and the customer service was always going backwards. Clark’s gets the value of building and maintaining relationships.

Great Service

Called in the morning to see if I could schedule an oil and filter change. They were able to schedule me for 1 PM that day, . I have been a customer for several years and their service has always been exceptional.
